The Tattooed Messiah
"In His Own Words"

I want to bring to the surface... The Truth.

I do not consider myself an equal of the Messiah of Christianity, but I do consider the journey I am taking to be very similar to his.

My journey is to bring back the beauty of music, to remind people of what real music stands for: the truth, the pain, the agony, the beauty, the sadness of the life we all live. My revolution, my quest, is to enable the world to hear music the way it was meant to be.

Music is not about what kind of car you drive, how much money you have. Music is about emotions. Great music touches us so deeply that it becomes a part of us. My quest is to teach the world what music can bring, what it can make you feel.

My heart creates my music - my mind and my soul. It is not produced at some executive's desk who has the perfect forumla for the next great hit. I believe there are a lot of people who are wondering why the music industry seems to be so satisfied with the status quo - who find current music transparent - without substance. Who are looking for music that, 20 years from now, will still touch them the same way, and make them smile remembering when and where they first heard it.

Even the edginess of Rap and Heavy Metal music has been taken from the honest, raw emotion that first created it, and turned to the celebration of the wealthy and their insatiable greed. It is turning into a mockery of itself. I have no respect for people who sit in 30 million dollar homes criticizing the society who has made them what they are - they are just as responsible for the poison they are condemning.

Where are the rebels? Where are the artists who don't want to be just like everybody else? Where's the music you can sink your teeth into?

Walk with me...
